Terms of Service — FlyBrand

By using FlyBrand you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. The service

FlyBrand drafts marketing content using AI, schedules and publishes to platforms you connect (Meta, Google, Shopify, Mailchimp, Resend, etc.), and surfaces analytics. You stay in control — content publishes only when you approve.

2. Your responsibilities

You own the accounts you connect and have the right to grant FlyBrand access.
Content published through FlyBrand complies with each platform's terms (e.g. Meta Community Standards, Google Ads policies).
You don't use FlyBrand to send spam, scam, harass, or violate laws.

3. Account security

Keep your password safe. Notify us at security@flybrand.app of unauthorised access. You're responsible for activity under your account.

4. Billing

Paid plans bill monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

5. AI-generated content

FlyBrand generates drafts using third-party LLMs. Output may contain inaccuracies. You review before publishing. You own the content you publish; you grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the service.

6. Third-party platforms

FlyBrand integrates with platforms (Meta, Google, Shopify, Mailchimp, Resend, others). We're not responsible for outages, changes, or actions taken by those platforms. Their terms also apply when you use their data through FlyBrand.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm other users, or create legal risk.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Liability cap

Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email and dashboard banner at least 30 days before they take effect.
