Questions about an AI social media manager

Does an AI social media manager post automatically?

Only after you approve. Eko prepares each post with a preview; once you approve, it's published or scheduled to your connected account. Full auto mode prepares drafts without a card, but publishing still asks.

Which platforms does Eko work with?

Instagram and Facebook Pages (Meta App Review approved), Pinterest (Standard API access), LinkedIn and X.

Can Eko reply to comments?

Replies are Sera's job. Today Sera drafts replies to comments you share in chat; direct inbox access is coming soon.
